  • The 2022 iPhone lineup won’t include a mini model

A new report from Ming Chi Kuo claims that Apple will be dismissing the “mini” model from their lineup in 2022. Ming Chi Kuo claims that the 2022 iPhone lineup will consist of a high end 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch model which will be the “Pro” models and a low end 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch model which will be the base models. The reason for this could probably be because of the low sales for the iPhone 12 mini. Apple has reportedly not been able to sell as many units as they have anticipated they would. More customers tend to buy the bigger 6.1-inch iPhone 12 rather than the 5.4-inch iPhone 12 mini. Customers who are looking to buy a smaller iPhone will be able to check out the iPhone SE which is only $399 and has all the latest features available on the flagship iPhones.
