Apple’s visionOS 26 update brings major upgrades to the Vision Pro, expanding its capabilities across communication, creativity, and spatial computing. The new version introduces persistent widgets that stay fixed in your real-world space, allowing you to create a personalized, always-visible digital layout with live content like weather, music, and photos.
Collaboration also takes a step forward. Shared spatial environments now let users watch, play, or work together with others in real time, while improved Persona avatars offer more realistic facial expressions and presence during calls.
Interaction gets more intuitive with Look to Scroll, enabling users to navigate interfaces using only their eyes. For gamers, visionOS 26 supports PlayStation’s Sense controllers, unlocking access to motion-based VR experiences and more advanced gameplay.
On the creative side, the update includes native support for immersive video formats and introduces Adobe Premiere for Vision Pro, allowing professional spatial video editing directly in-headset.
Other improvements include a redesigned Control Center, multilingual Live Captions, iPhone unlocking, and enterprise tools for device sharing and content security. With visionOS 26, Vision Pro moves closer to becoming a powerful, everyday spatial computer for both work and play.
