Here's How to Install Apple’s New Developer Betas (iOS 26, macOS Tahoe, and More)

Apple has released the first developer betas of iOS 26, iPadOS 26, macOS Tahoe, watchOS 26, tvOS 26, and visionOS 26. Here’s how to download and install them today:
Step 1: Sign In to Apple Developer
Go to developer.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. No paid membership is needed to access developer betas.
Step 2: Enable Beta Updates
On your device:
iPhone/iPad: Settings → General → Software Update → Beta Updates → Choose iOS/iPadOS 26 Developer Beta
Mac: System Settings → General → Software Update → Beta Updates → Choose macOS Tahoe Developer Beta
Apple Watch: Use the iPhone Watch app → General → Software Update → Beta Updates → Select watchOS 26 Developer Beta
Apple TV / Vision Pro: Use your Mac and Xcode to install the beta profile.
Step 3: Download and Install
After selecting the beta, return to Software Update and tap Download and Install. Make sure your device is charged and connected to Wi-Fi.
Important Notes:
Back up your device before installing.
Betas may have bugs — avoid using them on your primary device.
Public betas will be available next month if you prefer a more stable build.
