Here's how to activate Night Mode on Apple Watch Ultra:

1. You'll need to use the Wayfinder watch face for this feature to work

2. Turn the Digital Crown to activate Night Mode

3. To deactivate Night Mode, turn the Digital Crown in the opposite direction
