It is very easy to use and is very user friendly with its intuitive user interface.


The app helps you select your main goals and will assist you in achieving them and you can track all your sessions and metrics right from the app.


It helps will mindfulness, relaxation, meditation, sleep tracking, and breathing excercises.


Though free Calm is very limited with feature, for extra features you will need to buy the monthly subscription for $14.99 or yearly for $69.99.
