Apple will close it's UK stores next week for the Queen's funeral

Today Apple told all of it's UK retail staff that it will close its stores on Monday September 19 out of respect for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II funeral service.

King Charles II has announced September 19 as being a holiday for the planned funeral of the former Queen.

Apple also told its staff that it plans to operate at a reduced capacity for all its UK retail stores as soon as this Wednesday for the Queen's funeral services.
