There will most likely be no significant upgrades to the Apple Vision Pro until 2027

Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo suggests that significant hardware upgrades for the Vision Pro headset may not arrive until 2027, based on his latest findings from the supply chain.

Kuo indicates that Apple has yet to commence development on a second-generation Vision Pro or a more affordable variant with lower specifications. However, he notes that research and development efforts may be ongoing.

Although Kuo anticipates a modified version of the Vision Pro entering mass production by late 2025 to early 2026, he believes Apple's primary focus lies in enhancing production efficiency and reducing costs, rather than introducing substantial changes to the user experience. Any alterations might not be publicly announced, except perhaps for potential price adjustments.

Furthermore, Kuo predicts that Apple will expand the availability of the Vision Pro to additional countries before the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) in June. The headset recently debuted in the U.S. earlier this month.
